A statement from Carl Jung, a famous 1900's psychoanalyst,that dealt with the subject of religion and fear.

The controllers set up living standards based on how they interpret writings that are thousands of years old, that contain legends, traditions, and mythology.

The controllers oversee organizations that drive into the minds of their members the fear, that if they do not obey their instructions they will eventually fall into a fiery hell dominated by demons, after they die.

The result is the masses of people all over the world live their lives in fear and guilt, because they simply think differently then their religious controllers.

And though they show up on Sundays and play their part.

Within their minds they yearn for the things the controllers say are evil.

All one has to do to evaluate religion is go back to the dark ages of Europe.

What happened in the dark ages was what many in the Christian right wing movement would like to see happen here now, and that is, Christianity become the government.

Intellectuals and scientists were killed, or banished.

Brilliant thinkers like Galileo and Copernicus.

People were tortured to death in the inquisition if they dared to think differently then the religious law.

Women who were spiritual were declared witches, and killed.

It was a horrible time, that laid the foundation of how all religion survives, and not just Christianity.

Religion survives by causing people to live in fear.

In the dark ages they lived in fear of the religious government and that still exists in different parts of the world.

The religions control their followers by the teaching the fear of going to hell after physical death.

The concept is, if you don't do what we say, and think the way we think, you will die and go to hell, where devils and demons will chase you around in a fiery pit.

Teachings right out of the dark ages, and it still works today.

WE HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR

BUT FEAR ITSELF 

President Franklin Roosevelt in the 40's made a statement concerning fear that really sums up the backward route that religion has taken so many people on.

But fear is what religion is all about.

You must live, not in constant love, and peace, and understanding with nature, and others.

You must live in constant fear of going to hell, unless you obey the robed ones.

This fear filled way of living has caused the fighting upon the earth, the fear and deep stress that has contributed to the diseases we all endure.

We have dis ease because we cannot be at ease, because we are constantly subjected to religiousfear which haunts the world.

All of this nonsense comes from a total misrepresentation of the Bible as a literary book, when in fact it is not a literary book, but rather a book of Greek mythology.

If people understood the Bible, and really read it as true mythology, they would quickly see that hell is a place where people go when they are alive, now.

Let me show you.

For what reason?

The word hell is an English translation out of the Greek.

That was the Jewish word we translated into Hell, now let us look at the other word which is the Greek Gehenna.

The word that religion has used to scare the Hell out of people for hundreds and hundreds of years, is actually a garbage dump where the garbage was burned.

Now look at the picture above and  for the very first time see  an actual picture of hell.

There it is the Hinnom Garbage Dump outside of Jerusalem.

It's not in the Bible, its not Sheol or Gehenna.

When the English translators got hold of the Bible suddenly there was this word Hell, and that word has been used to frighten people and keep them in line for a long time.

Do you know what this means?

The word is Norwegian.

It is from Norway.

Hel was the lady who ruled over the underworld.

One would suppose that the person in England who translated Gehenna into English had some relatives from Norway, and chose the word Hel.

A word that is constructed by religion to mean a fiery place where demons and devils roam about with pitchforks to terrorize people who have to live there forever.

But in reality, the identity of a Norweigan woman who ruled over a mythical place of the underworld.

My reason for all of this is to try and get you to see just how religion has perverted the words of the Bible in order to frighten and control people.

What I want you to do.

The next time you hear the word Hell think of the Norwegian woman.

We have allowed such deliberate fear peddling to do such damage to our minds, our lives, and to the world.
